Hi there! I'm Chef Irenea Aristigueta. I'm a trained Chef passionate about baking who enjoys being "lead taste tester". I am of Hispanic decent, half Dominican and half Puerto Rican born in New York City, but moved to Florida when I was 13. I am married to my high school sweetheart whom I share 2 beautiful daughters, Liana and Anali.
My love for baking started as a young child. Growing up I would bake with my mom; a single mother to four girls who showed and taught us to never give up and work hard for our dreams. After spending over 15 years working in the corporate world, I was laid off. With my family on my side I decided to take my passion to another level. I started iCake Delights, an e-commerce dessert studio that provides service in Riverview FL & the Tampa Bay Area. We serve high quality desserts made fresh to order using the finest ingredients, specializing in celebration cakes, cupcakes and more. Our desserts will have your guests asking for more.
